FORMER PASTOR. A former Pastor for over a decade, Natalie dedicated her early career to serving people. She pioneered a suicide prevention campaign funded by the New Zealand Government that reached over 50,000 young people with a message of hope, purpose, identity and resilience. Service remains the foundation of her leadership.
TURNING POINT At 21, she experienced a defining turning point — spending the final six months of her father’s life as his primary caregiver during his battle with terminal cancer. That season forged her resilience. She transformed grief into fuel and made a vow to build everything with heart, humility, hunger, and contribution.

Natalie is a highly accomplished entrepreneur, coach, and communications specialist with a proven track record of building and scaling seven-figure businesses. Recognised for her leadership ability as Head Girl, she was awarded a three-year scholarship for leadership excellence. She went on to achieve her Bachelor of Communication Studies (BCS), majoring in Public Relations, and her ATCL from Trinity Guildhall London as a communications specialist. A trained Tony Robbins coach and licensed real estate professional (REA New Zealand) Natalie has founded multiple successful ventures. One of her first businesses was a seven-figure marketing and PR agency that she grew into a thriving enterprise. She has since helped numerous companies scale through innovative strategies, strategic communication, and visionary leadership.
